Kunming Area to implement the pilot mode of "Cluster Registration"

Kunming Area of China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone is going to implement the pilot mode of "Cluster Registration" for start-up companies from this year, so as to reduce the entry threshold and stimulate the vitality of market players, according to the press conference held on March 1.
“Cluster Registration” means that the address of a hosting enterprise can be registered as the address of a number of cluster enterprises (including individual industrial and commercial businesses), and the hosting enterprise can provide hosting custody services for the cluster enterprises.
It aims at further deepening the reform of "delegating power and optimizing service", improving the business environment, breaking the bottleneck that enterprises cannot afford to buy or rent independent office and effectively reducing the entry threshold and operating costs.
With the help of “Cluster Registration”, enterprises can apply for business registration without real estate certificate, lease contract and other materials. The hosting enterprise will submit all the relevant materials.
In 2020, a total of 14,443 market entities were registered in Kunming Area. Kunming Area will make efforts to create the best business environment with the simplest procedure, the highest efficiency, the best service, and the lowest cost this year. For example, Kunming Area will continuously deepen the reform of commercial system, promote electronic business license and so on.
