“Very fast!” the person in charge of Yunnan Dianyun Jiapin Trading Co., Ltd, who had just printed a business license on the self-service printing equipment and got the company seal in the Integrated Service Center of Kunming Area of China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, said. 

Nowadays, the enterprises can apply for and get business licenses within half an hour in the Integrated Service Center of Kunming Area of China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone if the documents are complete; If submit documents online, the approval will be completed within 8 hours. The tax package service for newly established enterprises can help enterprises quickly complete a series of tax-related business in half an hour, which used to take 15 days to complete. English and Thai service personnel are also provided by the center to facilitate foreign-funded enterprises. 

26 intelligent self-service machines have been used to provide 24-hour convenient services in the centre and more machines will be introduced later. By swiping ID card, enterprises and individuals can use the machine for more than 140 businesses.  

The ground floor of the centre provides newly established enterprises with services like setting up, participating 5 insurances, tax-related business, environmental protection, quality approval, etc. The first floor underground is the area for operating enterprises and the public, providing property rights consultation, livelihood services, public legal services, household registration, entry-exit administration, traffic police, postal service and other convenient services. 

Due to the excellent service, the Kunming Area has attracted 13,727 new registered enterprises, including 58 foreign investment over the past year.
