On February 22, the "Nezha" themed mural in Kunming's Xilin Community was officially unveiled. Covering an area of over 200 square meters, the entire mural consists of six walls, each featuring different styles and characters, with the longest mural reaching 20 meters in length. With vibrant colors and dynamic compositions, the murals vividly recreate classic scenes from the film *Nezha*, seamlessly blending the art of Chinese animation with the community environment. The murals have attracted numerous residents and tourists, who have stopped to admire and take photos.
Relying on the mural as the centerpiece, the Xilin Community Children's Development Center has meticulously planned a series of engaging activities, including English picture book reading for children, music therapy games, Nezha-themed crafts, and stamp collecting, catering to both children and young adults. Additionally, the community has organized interactive programs such as live band performances and social salons, offering diverse experiences for participants of all ages. Collaborating with brands, the community also provided free drinks and small gifts at scheduled times, enhancing visitors' engagement and experience.
Prior to the unveiling, the unique design of the mural series had already garnered a lot of attention and anticipation online. The event site was bustling with activity, and as the event progressed, the atmosphere grew even more lively. Some fans of the *Nezha* film series even brought their collections or handmade Nezha-themed items, such as posters and badges, to share and exchange with other visitors, spreading their love for Chinese animation to a wider audience.
