From "visiting" to "experiencing" and then to "living", in recent years, Puzhehei has become a top choice for many travelers with its unique blend of "scenic landscapes, rural charm, and warm human connections". Many visitors "find themselves reluctant to leave once they arrive", evolving into true "locals".

"One, two, three, is the boss good? Good!" 

The "boss" mentioned by the tourists is Wu Yizhu, the owner of Three Cats Inn in Puzhehei, Qiubei. Now, she has transitioned from being a native of Beijing to a "local" in Puzhehei, contributing to the development of the tourism industry through her perspective. Today, she is leading a group of "40s" generation silver-haired tourists. Amidst the laughter and joy on the spot, we can feel the happiness of the elderly on this trip. 

"I believe it is breathtakingly beautiful 24 hours a day, all year round. Let us thrive together and embrace the joy of living here, as I have truly fallen in love with this place." Wu yizhu expresses admiration for the beauty of Puzhenhei. 

Liu Sheng is from Kunming, Yunnan Province. By chance, he was captivated by the breathtaking natural scenery during his visit to Puzhehei, Qiubei, leading him to open a homestay in Xianrendong Village, where he became an authentic "local". 

The owner of Rizhabaizha Inn, Liu Sheng: I just felt so eager to settle down here. So at that time, I quit my job in Kunming and chose to come to Puzhehei with my girlfriend to run this small homestay and settle down here. It has been nearly eight years since we made this place our home. During these eight years, we fell in love and got married in Puzhehei. 

These days, Li Huihui from Gansu Province has taken a fancy to a local house in Anuo Village, Qiubei County. She is renovating it according to her own vision and plans to stay here for a long time to engage in the health and wellness industry. 

Li Huihui, a sojourner: We came to Yunnan with this purpose. Just like Sanqi(Panax notoginseng) from Yunnan, it is a genuine medicinal herb of Yunnan. And there are more wild ones in the mountains. As we aim to venture into health and wellness, we plan to create some short videos here. As for the short videos on health and wellness, we also need to register a name. We plan to stay here for about five years! 

In recent years, Qiubei County has leveraged the unique advantages of Puzhehei's sojourning resources and focused on developing lakefront tourism, sports tourism, ecological tourism, and vacation homestays, aiming to become a model for "Wenshan" in Yunnan. With ethnic festivals and sports events as driving forces, Qiubei actively integrates into the cultural tourism alliance of the "Five Cities of Yunnan and Guizhou", making "Beautiful Puzhehei" the top choice for travelers.
