In mid-summer, Puzhehei, located in Qiubei county, Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, as a summer resort in Yunnan, is coming into sight.

There are different ways to escape the summer heat in various parts of Yunnan. Take Puzhehei, which means a lake that abounds with fish and shrimp, as an example; it has its unique way of cooling off with beautiful scenery of endless lotus leaves and pink lotus flowers in the Puzhehei Lake.

Puzhehei is famed for its Karst landscape and idyllic scenery, drawing many visitors. The crystal clear lake brings a touch of coolness in summer and also unlimited momentum to local tourism development.

Midsummer is an appealing season for Puzhehei. Rafting on the lake, “well equipped” tourists with waterproof clothing held water guns and water scoops to spray water and enjoyed the coolness of the water and glamorous scenery of the lake.
