"Kunming has truly stolen my heart!" exclaimed an Indonesian coffee merchant at the Dianchi International Coffee Culture Carnival. Over just nine days, the event drew over 2.8 million visits, setting a new tourism record for the city.

The nighttime revenue of Kunming Old Street reached 1.17 billion yuan, creating jobs for more than 3,000 people. "We do more business at night than in the daytime" said Li, a staff member at the barbecue shop, with a smile. "We're often busy until the early hours of the morning."

Policy support has injected new vitality into the night economy. With the launch of the "Yunnan Night" brand and multi-dimensional initiatives from Kunming municipal government, the city's nighttime consumption is undergoing comprehensive upgrades.

As night deepens, the aroma of coffee still lingers in the evening breeze over Dianchi, while Dounan Flower Market remains alive with bustling crowds. Yet this is no finale—rather, these scenes merge into the very footsteps with which the city strides toward the future.
