Warm-Up Alert! Chenggong Qibuchang Tofu Feast Starts Now
Signature Tofu + Fresh Black-Goat Hotpot, Only ¥398 for 8 Diners

As late-October Kunming turns nippy, nothing beats a bubbling hotpot for comfort. The 6th Chenggong Qibuchang Tofu Cultural Tourism Festival (Oct 31–Nov 2) answers the call with a brand-new “Signature Tofu + Fresh Black-Goat Hotpot” Long-Street Feast. Curated by Yiliang Xichu Banquet Center, this feast blends 600 years of tofu heritage with fresh goat hotpot. A once-a-year feast—blink and it’s gone!

When it comes to Chenggong Qibuchang tofu, locals all carry the unique taste memories: with the local clear and high-quality water source, every step from selecting and soaking beans to grinding them into paste and adding brine adheres to the century-old traditional craftsmanship. Such tofu boasts rich bean aroma, fine and tender, with a silky, melt-on-contact texture brimming with "nostalgic flavor." This year, to fight the chill, chefs fold in authentic Shilin black-goat hotpot, perfectly blending the freshness of signature tofu with the richness of freshly slaughtered goat. One sip, warmth shoots from stomach to fingertips.

Every morning, 30 Shilin black goats arrive fresh from the farm, broken down on-site so the meat stays sweet and never gamey—one goat feeds exactly 20 tables. Alongside with sizzling stinky tofu, steamed stinky tofu, silky-yet-snappy tofu balls, and secret Yunnan dips. The tender tofu and flavorful meat together create authentic Yunnan flavo fireworks on your tongue. Grandparents fear the cold, kids, picky eaters—everyone surrenders to this single steaming bowl of comfort.

The feast features two budget-friendly set menus for 8–10 people, perfect for family gatherings, friend meetups, or team buildings, offering unbeatable value at just tens of yuan per person to eat well and stay warm.
