17th International Twins Festival held in Mojiang

On April 20, the press conference of the 17th Mojiang International Twins Festival was held in Kunming, Yunnan, together with the Hani Sun Festival.
Mojiang is the only Hani Autonomous County in China. It is known for its reputation as the "hometown of Hani people, city of the Tropic of Cancer, and home of twins." Since 2005, Mojiang has held a twin-themed tourism and cultural festival every year from May 1st to 2nd. Up to now, it has attracted over 13,000 pairs of twins from more than 40 countries and regions to participate.
There were 17 exciting events held in this year's festival, including a twin-themed parade, Mojiang pre-made food product launch, a Face-smear celebration, and a Hani street feast. Through a variety of folk cultural activities, food experiences, and the exhibition of special products, the festival aims to showcase the unique culture of Hani and the Tropic of Cancer and the charm of twins in multiple fields and forms for visitors to appreciate.
