Photographers have captured images of the rare sighting of a Phayre's leaf monkey family with their newborns in a nature reserve in southwest China's Yunnan Province. The monkeys' infants are usually born with golden fur, which turns to grey-blue when they reach 3 months old. According to a 2021 survey, the population of these monkeys in this area has increased to at least 450 from 320 in 2018.
