According to Kunming Botanical Garden, the West Park of Kunming Botanical Garden (the biodiversity experience park) is temporarily closed between Nov. 8 and Nov. 21. As a epitome of biodiversity in Yunnan, more than 2,500 rare and endangered plants are on display at the Fuligong Greenhouse. The Greenhouse will be reopened to the public since Nov. 22 and paid professional commentary service will be provided for visitors. People who come to visit must be guided by commentators during the visit.

Opening Hours

Except the maintenance period, the daily opening hours are from 9:00 to 17:00, and the maximum number of visitors is 200 each day. There will be four commentaries every day, 9:30, 10:30, 14:00 and 15:30, which is available when attendance reaches 5.

Advance reservation is required, and tickets cost 80 yuan for individual visitors and 60 yuan for visitors in group (each group no more than 20 people). Children under 1.2 meters are free of charge and must be accompanied by an adult. Minors over 1.2 meters and under 18 years old have discount at half price.

Notice

Plants displayed at the Fuligong Greenhouse are all rare, endangered and national key protective species, visitors should take good care of these plants during the visit.
