To help enterprises and individuals solve the problems that they concern most, the integrated service center of Kunming Area of China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Kunming Area of YNFTZ) has managed to provide 24-hour smart government services.
With the help of emerging technologies such as Internet, Internet of Things and big data, the integrated service center intends to build a new type of intelligent government affairs hall. In the hall, the management department can have refined intelligent management means and can integrate offline service and online service applications, improving the public’s satisfaction.
The integrated service center has introduced 26 intelligent self-service machines. By swiping identity card(ID), people can expediently handle 148 items of business, like printing business license and social security certificate, obtaining invoice, dealing with traffic violations, paying social security charges and so on. “Now I can handle affairs even after work hours, it’s really convenient,” Miss Luo, who had printed a company's business license, said.
Except intelligent self-service machines, there are also professional department windows providing services of customs, water supply, power supply and gas supply in the hall.
Artificial intelligence(AI) will be used for administrative examination and approval in the future and all work will be input into a database. Kunming Area of YNFTZ’s aim is to provide people with first-class business environment and set a good example of provincial government service.
