Kunming Embraces the Thrill of Ice and Snow Tourism

Located in northern Kunming, Jiaozi Snow Mountain is one of the southernmost peaks in China that is covered in winter snow. In recent years, the region has actively tapped into its ice and snow resources, developing tourism projects that transform its "cold" natural assets into a "hot" attraction, drawing visitors from across the country and beyond.  

According to reports, the outdoor ski resort at Jiaozi Snow Mountain currently offers tens of thousands of square meters of skiable terrain. During peak periods, it can accommodate over 2,000 visitors per day.
