Opening Highlights of 3rd Yunnan International Communication Forum

The 3rd Yunnan International Communication Forum opened in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan, on December 10, under the theme "Cooperation and New Paths for Future International Communication."

Attendees noted that the "Northward Trek and Southward Return" of the Asian elephants in Yunnan has warmed the hearts of people worldwide. The 3rd Yunnan International Communication Forum, with a focus on both domestic and global audiences, has created a unique international communication "Elephant IP." Its growing influence has made it a major event for global media exchanges and a platform for cooperation.

In 2021, the Yunnan elephants' "Northward Trek and Southward Return" showcased China's achievements in wildlife protection, drawing widespread global attention. This led to the establishment of the 3rd Yunnan International Communication Forum. The first two editions of the forum were successfully held in Mile and Kunming, Yunnan.
