No one country can solve global challenges alone, said Prime Minister of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh at a meeting of the 14th Annual Meeting of the New Champions, also known as the Summer Davos Forum, in North China's Tianjin Municipality on Tuesday.
"We are seeing decoupling issues and this is not going to address global challenges," he said. "No one country can solve the issues alone."
