Spring vegetables come into market in Dali

As the saying goes, “Go to windy places”. Dali is a windy place where a variety of spring vegetables are currently coming into the market. With local people’s wonderful cooking skills, a series of special delicacies such as cold toon sprouts and toon sprouts pancake with eggs, birchleaf pear flower rice baba, and gorse soup with tofu are serving on the table. These dishes are fresh, “wild” and tasteful. If you come to Dali at this time, please do not forget to try these seasonal food in spring.
