Edible roses of Kunming are sold across the country

It is May that is the harvest time for edible roses. There are 200 mu edible roses in Qingshuihe village, Baofeng street, Jinning District, Kunming city. Seeing the color of dark red roses turning from bright red to black-red, the farmers know that the dark red roses can be harvested. Many farmers are busy pruning among the flowers. The harvested roses can be dried and extracted for essential oil, sauce, vinegar, wine, flower cake, etc.
In recent years, Qingshuihe village, Baofeng street, Jinning District, has implemented the cooperation between companies and farmers. More than 200 mu of land on the hillside is used to plant edible roses. The harvest period of edible roses lasts from April to October. The price of dried roses is 59.9 yuan for each box.
At present, the edible roses planted in the village are sold to Beijing, Guangzhou, and other domestic places and are deeply loved by consumers.
