The talent apartment of Kunming Area of China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone has been completed recently. 

To attract and retain more talents to help Kunming Area’s development, the management committee of it has invested 162 million yuan in the construction of talent apartment. 

The talent apartment is located in building 27, Danjin Park, Third City in Kunming Economic and Technological Development Zone. Its total floor area is about 23,000.00 square meters, including 396 apartments, which consist of 6 types of rooms, ranging from 33 to 68 square meters. The 20-storey building is an axisymmetric design equipped with kitchen, bathroom, furniture and home appliances. Around it, convenient transportation, completely supporting commercial, financial, medical and educational facilities are available.

Four hanging gardens are built and used here as public leisure areas to improve the life quality of residents. In addition, a makerspace is set up here, and boutique supermarkets, a gym, beauty salons, Chinese food, fine Japanese food, brand bookstores and some other forms of business are introduced to meet the needs of the talents and provide “one-stop” life service for them.
