Stone Forest Scenic in Yunnan has reopened

Stone Forest Scenic, a national park in Kunming city, Yunnan province in southern China, has reopened to visitors since March 26, a sign that life in Kunming is slowly returning to normal following the COVID-19 epidemic. 

Stone Forest scenic spot (5A) will be open daily from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, while Naigu Stone Forest Scenic Area (3A) and Changhu Lake Scenic Area will be open between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. The park is offering 50% discount on its tickets, 65 RMB per person. Medical staff who can show the valid certification can get free entry. 

With the threat of cross-infection still a danger, the park will only permit 50% of the usual number of visitors into it for the time being. Upon arriving at the park, visitors must have their temperatures checked. They also ought to show their Health QR code that shows as green before being permitted entry. Besides, maintaining a mutual distance of no less than 1.5 meters in lines and wearing masks are also needed. The number of each tour group should not exceed 30, and they should enter the scenic area separately to avoid cross-infection.
