In view of the spread of COVID-19 outside China, Yunnan imposes rules for all arrivals to prevent imported cases and consolidate the progress being made in Yunnan.

All arrivals shall take the initiative to declare their personal health status. The declaration form can be filled in by WeChat or paper documents. Other inbound travelers shall submit the Health Declaration card upon their entry.

When enter the boundary of Yunnan from the expressway, drivers and passengers need to submit personal information in advance via a mini app “入滇登记”. All vehicles are required to register whether it has Yunnan license plate or not.

People entering Kunming for transfer need to fill in the information and promise to take legal responsibility for the authenticity of the information. If arrivals need temporary accommodation for one day, they will stay in the designated hotel and pay for their own.

People from overseas will be quarantined at designated places for 14 days at their own expense. After the quarantine, they shall go to the local police to apply for resumption of work, and actively cooperate with relevant investigation later.
