With the aim of providing rural women with employment opportunities nearby, “Handy Women” cooperative was established at Tuanjie Village, Ciying Town, Qilin District, Qujing City, Yunnan Province in January 2018. Women can obtain various training courses and learn something useful such as embroidery and weaving bamboo utensils. At present, 19 women in the cooperative have helped 162 households increase their income and become rich, with an average annual income of more than 20,000 yuan each household.
