Hani Rice Terrace, located at Yuanyang County, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province, has a farming history of more than 1,300 years. It is not only the material base for Hani people to live, but also an important carrier of Hani culture inheritance. In recent years, guided by the conviction that “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”, the locals have explored a new mode of keeping fish and duck while planting rice, striding towards happier and better life.
