[InKunming--Kunming] The 15th China Kunming International Agricultural Expo, with the theme of “Green Development and Better Life”, kicks off in Dianchi Convention & Exhibition Center on September 5. The expo is expected to cover 9 exhibition halls, about 90,000 square meters in total. Branch exhibition area is in Kunming Dounan International Flowers Industrial Park.

The expo integrates forum, exhibition, investment, promotion and sales. In addition to the opening activities, the expo also holds events such as 2019 rural revitalization forum, high-quality agricultural products, photography exhibition and so on. The expo mainly exhibits products like tea, flower, vegetable, fruit, coffee, Chinese medicine, beef and other agricultural goods. 

More events are held in branch exhibitions. For instance, there is a roast duck festival in Yiliang county, and a fishing festival in Kunming’s Wuhua district. Moreover, as the Mid-Autumn festival approaching, an area selling moon cakes and nuts is set up during the expo.

The admission fee for the expo is free. People who are willing to visit can get free ticket at the designated places.
