[InKunming--Yunnan] Dragon-Head-Raising Festival, also called Longtaitou Festival falls on the second day of the second month of the Chinese lunar calendar. People of Luchong Village always observe Burning Incense Culture Festival on that day. People will hold the burning incense and walk along the main road according to the customs.

It is the 13th Burning Incense Culture Festival this year and local scenic spots will be free to enter from March 8 to 9. A variety of activities will be held during the festival, including lantern operas, waist drums, Yangge dance and stilt walking. Performers will make every effort to present charm of the folk arts.

To Chinese people, the Burning Incense Culture Festival is a grand feast to inherit the Chinese virtue of respecting the old and loving the young.
