[InKunming--Kunming] It is the season when peach trees come into full bloom. In the lush spring of March, the 19th peach blossom culture festival of Kunming Country Park kicked off, inviting tourists to have dates with spring.

There are not only 10,000 blooming peach flowers of more than 20 varieties, but also cherry blossom, azalea, Chinese flowering crabapple, pear flower and other seasonal flowers, which adorn the park and make it full of spring.

“It is expected that peach blossoms will bloom around Women’s Day. As the climate this year is very warm, the flowers will open fast, also wither fast. The entrance ticket is free. People who love flowers had better come before April.” According to Zhangchao, the deputy director of the park.

Besides outing, the park will launch an African drum concert, with the forest as background and the grass as stage. Those who like sports can take part in activities such as crossbow shooting, four-wheel motorcycle, field survival training for teenagers, running, walking fitness and cycling.
