[InKunming--Kunming] Kunming Tourism Development Committee published a group of tourism figures lately, showing that number of foreign tourists to Kunming grew in 2018. 

A travel search platform Skyscanner and ticket booking agency Ctrip jointly issued a big data report, which also pointed out that number of foreign tourists to Kunming in 2018 grew fast and steadily, overcoming the one in 2017.

In the meantime, Kunming’s foreign exchange earnings from tourism rose in 2018, reaching 518 million U.S. dollars, realizing an increase of 9.71% over the same period of 2017, based on Kunming Tourism Development Committee.

The big data report revealed that foreign tourists from Malaysia, Korea, Thailand, America, Singapore, France, Vietnam and Myanmar would like to choose Kunming as their top tourism destination.

Of all foreign tourists to Kunming, about 30.8% are from Southeast Asian countries. They think that scenic spots such as Jiaozi Snow Mountain, Stone Forest, and Jiuxiang Scenic area in Kunming are very attractive to them.
