[InKunming--Kunming] All of Kunming’s downtown landscape lamps are to be lighted during new year period, announced by Kunming City Administration Bureau. 

To beautify the city in the new year’s holiday, and to create a beautiful environment for citizens, one of the bureau’s officers said.

Over 121,000 landscape lamps are to be lighted in the evenings of the new year’s holiday in Kunming. Lamps decorated on overpasses, in grassland, along rivers and on 1,800 buildings will be lighted at the same time in the holiday evenings. 

Kunming City Administration Bureau will assign workers and workings trucks to watch over the lamps within the holiday day and night. Passersby could dial 0871-63101131 and 0871-63180198 if they find any lamp is artificially destroyed.
