[InKunming--Kunming] The 5th China-South Asia Expo, which lasted for 7 days, concluded on June 20. Executive Committee of the Expo opened a news conference in the afternoon of June 20 and announced results that were accomplished during the expo.

According to statistics, 456 projects were signed during the expo, amounting to 807.937 billion yuan. 800 thousand people visited expo halls, bought displaying goods that were worth of about 250 million yuan.  

More than 7000 important guests from 87 countries attended the expo. Over 60 meetings were organized between the guests and Yunnan government officers during the expo. 

Yunnan government introduced the province’s superior resources that are related to green energy, green food and healthy living destinations to all the important guests. Meanwhile, foreign officers repectively introduced their cooperation advantages to the government. 

Cooperation fields inculding talents, technology, transportation, economics, tourism, education, public health and fine arts were discussed between Yunnnan and foreign countries on those meetings. 

To keep the expo held smoothly, Yunnan assigned elites from various sectors to participate in the expo. Yunnan displayed its hospitality, enthusiasm, high-quality and efficient services to all people in the expo, a principal from the Executive Committee of the 5th China-South Asia Expo said.
