Various roads in traffic control during 5th China-South Asia Expo in Kunming

[InKunming--KunmingIn order to ensure the traffic safety during the 5th China-South Asia Expo, relevant departments of Kunming will impose temporary traffic control measures on the surrounding roads and areas around Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center during June 12 to 20.

The control areas are airport expressway, the Second Ring road, Beijing road, Renmindong road, Renminzhong road, Dianchi road, Fubao road, Wujiaba road, Erji road, Hubin road, Guangfu road etc. The above roads will be taken control measures according to the requirements of the expo during the following 8 days. Except the vehicles participating the expo, it is strictly prohibited to park the vehicles on the roads in the above areas, and it is forbidden to allow non-related vehicles to pass through.

Due to traffic control for vehicles and personnel, the public are encouraged to adjust travel time, route and mode, and obey the command of on duty personnel to choose South Ring express, Caiyunbei road, Yunxiu road, Rixin road and other ways to detour. 

The buses passing through these roads will adjust routes as well. For specific adjustment, please refer to the notice on bus stops. During the expo, more temporary buses will be operated. Because of the limited parking space around the exhibition center, it is better to take buses to avoid traffic jam.

In the morning of June 12, the opening ceremony of the expo was held. From the afternoon of June 12 to the whole day of June 13, professional buyers attending the expo will make business negotiations on site of the expo.

The opening ceremony will be held in the morning of June 14th and professional buyers will  make business negotiations on site in the afternoon that day, and it will not open to the public. Visitors can go to the exhibition from June 15 to 20.
