3rd folk bullfighting contest to kick off on April 10th in Pu'er

It is said that 64 domestic water buffaloes and 16 cattle will participate in the contest in two groups respectively.
The top three will be awarded with corresponding awards and the owner of the champion water buffalo or cattle will gain 16,800 yuan.
The contest has enriched the rules and regulations on the basis of the previous ones. A great number of money has been invested to build a new bullfighting field to attract more and more bullfighting lovers.
The activities combining culture and entertainment are very easy to draw people’s eyes, according to Guo Qike, a staff member from organizers.
Besides, there will be 15th China Menglian Fishing Festival, Water-Sprinkling Festival and the like in April.
