[InKunming--Yunnan]  The 2018 China Dehong Jingpo International Munao Zongge Festival kicks off on the morning of March 2nd. Tourists from home and abroad gather with Jingpo people singing and dancing together to celebrate this great festival.

The Munao Zongge Festival, a national intangible cultural heritage, is the most ceremonious and traditional festival of Jingpo nationality. It is normally held around the 15th day of the first lunar month. Including different ethnic nationalities in Dehong prefecture, this grand festival has set a number of Guinness World Records and has became an international communication activity with its unique national culture.

Jingpo women held colorful handkerchief and fan and men held show knives, dancing with the joyful rhythm together. There are thousands of representatives of various countries, regions, and other ethnic minorities participating in.

Under the theme of "Communication, Cooperation, Development", the Munao Zongge Festival aims to highlight the colorful folk culture, dress culture and food culture of ethnic minorities. A lot of activities are also held during the festival, such as green leaf banquet, "Belt and Road" International Micro Documentary Dehong Festival and so on.
