[InKunming--Kunming] 2018 Kunming International Carnival for Foodies kicked off at Golden Pond Commercial Plaza (No. 392 Dianchi Road, Xishan District) on January 13th. Foodies should seize this opportunity to try various cuisines before January 21st.

On the morning of January 13th, though cold wind was blowing, many citizens were cheerfully having several snacks at the carnival spot, such as suan la fen (sour and hot noodles), Tianjin Baozi (steamed stuffed bun) and Xinjiang Chinese dates and so on. Anyway, there are all kinds of delicacies for citizens to choose from.

“There are more than 100 kinds delicious food to cater for citizens. Meanwhile, over 30 brands are invited to present their signature dishes.” A staff from organizer pointed out that they had prepared several sorts of special purchases for the upcoming Spring, including Yunnan eighteen strange, Hetian Chinese dates and Sichuan dried bamboo shoots the like.

At the same time, Golden Pond Commercial Plaza opened to public. Geng Cong, the president of Yunnan Yin Peng Group said that Golden Pond Commercial Plaza is located in a place with convenient transportation and well-equipped facilities. It will provide citizens with a nice place to work and relax.

It is said that Golden Pond Commercial Plaza started construction in 2012 and completed in August 2016. It covers about 70,000 square meters with a investment of nearly 1 billion yuan. Currently, there are plenty of well-known enterprises stationed there. The plaza is likely to be the most bustling business circle in southern Kunming in the near future.
