For example, they boil various foods in bamboo vessels.
Rice, meat, tea, and other vegetables bolied in the bamboo vessels have a unique scent of bamboo that attracts almost every one.
Especially wild foods boiled in the vessels could produce more delicious tastes, bringing excellent experience to diners.
The Hani villagers also make bamboo cups to contain liquid. Meanwhile, bamboo bowls are also produced by them.
Table and tableware are also made of bamboo in Hani people’s houses.
