[InKunming--Yunnan] The 3rd Internet Conference of Yunnan Province kicks off at Kunming World Horticultural Expo Garden in Kunming, the capital city of Yunnan Province today (November 22nd). The theme of the conference is "New Start&New Opportunity&New Kinetic Energy".
