[InKunming--Kunming]  Chenggong District signed an agreement with Zhixin Galaxy Plaza recently, confirming that the library of the district will officially be settled in. By that time, the library will be the first civic study in Yunnan Province, and is expected to stray open 24 hours a day.

All the citizens can immerse in the book-reading environment all day long. Those who want to borrow books can apply for a library card to complete self-borrowing. Meanwhile, the library will not need working staff, with the help of high-end technology.

Chenggong District Library is estimated to built a study to further broaden readers' experience, making it a benchmark in Yunnan Province. It will be implemented in other communities after it make a success at Zhixin Galaxy Plaza.

The operating area of Chenggong District Library will reach nearly to 2000 square meters. Expect for borrowing books, people can enjoy coffee and other drinks there. "Reading needs good environment and atmosphere. We hope that readers can spend a great time at the study." according to Wu Haitao, director of Chenggong district library.

At present, there are more than 100 enterprises settling at Zhixin Galaxy Plaza. Not only civil servants, teachers, white-collars live in this area, but also 220000 university teachers and students accumulate knowledge at the University Town. The study provides them with a public reading place.
