[InKunming--Kunming] Resource revealed, Shilin County signed cooperation contract with China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation recently. A sky train route will to be built in Kunming’s Shilin County, connecting high-speed railway station, center area of the county and several scenic spots.

The sky train project will be constructed under public-private partnership model. Its total length is designed to be 50 kilometers. Initial route is planned to pass through center area of Shilin County, Shilin High-speed Railway Station, Shilin Scenic Spot, Taiwan Pioneer Park, Changhu Scenic Spot.

Yunnan-Guangxi High-speed Railway that was opened last year takes only 22 minutes for passengers to travel from Kunming to Shilin County. However, going to other places of the country still relies on traditional automobile transportation. After construction of the sky train project, passengers could enjoy much more convenience.
