Opening ceremony of 2017 SSACEIF was held on June 12th.

[InKunming--Kunming] Opening ceremony of the 2017 South and Southeast Asia Commodity Expo and Investment Fair (SSACEIF) is officially held at Kunming Dianchi International conference and exhibition center on June 12th.

2017 SSACEIF will be end on June 18th. From the June 13th to June 18th, it will be open to the public.

This fair meeting are sponsored by China international chamber of commerce, SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry, China ASEAN Center, China-South Asia Exposition Secretariat, undertaken by Yunnan International expo service, Yunnan Department of Commerce, Yunnan merchants cooperation etc., Its main aim is to connect China more closely to the rest countries and areas in the whole world through 2017 South and Southeast Asia Commodity Expo and Investment Fair, deepen the communication of policies, facilities, trade, capital, common aspiration of the people between China and South Asian- Southeast Asian countries, even the whole world. Work forward to make “One belt, one road” countries and areas “discuss together, build together and share together”.

The fair meeting’s main aim is to serve for the building of ‘One belt, one road”. When ‘One belt, One road” , “Bangladesh China Indian Myanmar economical corridor “,“China and Indo-China Peninsula economical corridor” are successively overlapping in Yunnan, Yunnan is getting more and more important key area in China to move forward South Asian ,Southeast Asian and economical circle of Indian Ocean. 33 “One belt , one road” countries and 86 countries and areas from the world takes part in this fair meeting.

Besides, areas’ features are highlighted in the exhibition. There are 17 exhibition halls(opening ceremony hall, South Asian hall, Asian Hall, Swim Hall, Healthy and marine biopharmaceutical hall, manufacturing industry hall, international production capacity cooperation hall, Taiwan hall, Inner hall, Plateau agriculture hall, electromechanical hall, stone art and wooden art expo hall, etc.) 8000 stands, total acreage reaches 170000 square meters, special subject halls are over 50%,.In Pakistan, Laos, South Asian, ASEAN and International Halls, strong ethnic characteristics are obvious.

According to the executive committee of 2017 SSACEIF, 4000 enterprises take part in the exhibition, 41.2% are from outside of China, 8 from south Asian, 11 from Southeast Asian, Pakistan is the country of honor, and Laos is the Guest of honor. 20 provinces in China take part in the exhibition, 10 of TOP 500 enterprises in China, 35 enterprises famous both in home and abroad confirm to take part in the exhibition. At the same time, many officers of related countries, entrepreneurs and specialist will be present in the event too.

Moreover, altogether 18 period activities will be held during 2017 SSACEIF, which are practial and abundant. Among them, China-South Asian Business Forum and ASEAN Chinese chamber of commerce will go on, China-ASEAN Business Forum, marine biology resources protection and exploitation summit Forum will be newly added, etc.

Last but not least, related logistics services are careful and complete. 7 temporary public transportation lines, 7 ferrying public transportation lines are newly launched , and 750 buses are added into communication service. Security works are highly guaranteed. Total 2508 volunteers are recruited, 108 are international volunteers, and over 10000 city volunteers are also recruited.
