Laos, as the Guest of Honor of 2017 SSACEIF, opened its pavilion on June 12.

[InKunming--Kunming]  In the morning of June 12, Laos, as the Guest of Honor of 2017 South and Southeast Asia Commodity Expo and Investment Fair(SSACEIF), opened its pavilion at Kunming Dianchi International Exhibition Center.

A representative from Planning and Investment Ministry of Laos gave a speech on the opening ceremony. He said: “China’s One Belt and One Road Initiative accords with Lao national strategy ‘to Link with Other Countries on Land’.The SSACEIF brings opportunities and benefits to both Lao people and Yunnan people.Laos and China could develop tourism, trade and other industries together.”

It is said that 22 Lao enterprises attend the SSACEIF this year, holding 56 booths to exhibit Lao products. Meanwhile, a picture show that shows Lao scenery and customs will be held in the Lao Pavilion during the SSACEIF.
