[InKunming--Yunnan]  A micro film named Chasing Love for 9 Kilometers has been starting shooting from March 13th. The film shooting some scenic spots in Kunming and Dehong is expected to be released in May.

The film tells a motivational story of a Myanmar girl and a Chinese girl who strive for excellence. In order to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, the Chinese Yunnan girl came to a frontier town in Dehong, encountering a Myanmar girl. They had many things in common after experiencing sweat and sweet time. They run a restaurant together in honor of that memorable time when they met with each other after decades of years.

Gorgeous sceneries and gourmet food make Yunnan a marvelous place to shoot a film. From Breakup Buddies to Life After Life, Blooms Over Blooms, Yunnan’s natural landscapes are always presented to televiewers. However, these scenes were not shot by Yunnan local people.

As for the mircro film Chasing Love for 9 Kilometers, it was made by a movie team which was constituted of Yunnan people. They devote to presenting local customs and practices to people around the world by combining Yunnan’s local cuisine and landscapes with the two girls’ dream-seeking story.
