[InKunming--Kunming] Enjoy a 43-minute journey to Fuyuan County by high-Speed Railway

Journalists from InKunming firstly took the Hukun (Shanghai-Kunming) High-Speed Railway (HSR) from Kunmingnan Railway Station to Fuyuan North Station today(December 20th). The speed of the railway reaches 300 kilometers per hour. The train is so smooth and steady that a single coin can stand in the table during its running process.

The New South Station

Station has 3 floors, namely the inbound layer, platform layer and the outbound layer.

Passengers can buy tickets at the third ticket office where 18 self-help terminals and 11 artificial windows were arranged . It is also the biggest ticket lobby in the station.

Meanwhile, there are three entrances in the waiting hall while 32 ticket barriers and 144 ticket checking machines were set up. Without doubt, passengers can take accessible elevators to get to the platform layer quickly. Moreover, when passengers come out from the outbound layer, they can enter the transportation areas where various transportation methods are provided there, including metros, taxis, buses, etc.

Riding experience

The railway train operates smoothly. It only takes 43 minutes from Kunming to Fuyuan County. According to the information from railway department, the railway train consists of 8 carriages, including 10 business seats and 28 first class seats. In total, 556 people can take the train. The key point is that the speed per hour of the train can extremely reach 350 kilometers.

“It is awesome to take the railway train. Capacious seats, comfortable environment, nice and clean floor, everything seems perfect. Most importantly, people can get their phone charged on the train. It means passengers do not have to worry about the battery problem any more.” a journalist spoke highly of the high-speed railway train after his firsthand experience.

Besides, with the aim to provide passengers with wonderful services, food and beverages will be served on the train. On the other side, 12 bathrooms and 4 sinks are equipped on the train and one large bathroom for disabled people in Carriage 4.
