Jianshui Pottery Products make debut in Milan Expo 2015. [yunnan.cn]

[InKunming--Yunnan]  Milan Expo 2015 is held in Italy lately. A team from Yunnan brought Yunnan products to exhibit in the expo. Besides Pu’er tea, the best original product from Yunnan, Jianshui pottery products, which are a good partner to Pu’er tea, are also carried to be exhibited in the expo.

Jianshui pottery products, winning a title of "National Gift" as the other three pottery products in China, is an important part to traditional ceramics nationwide. The other three pottery products that have the same title respectively are Yixing Pottery Products from Jiangsu Province, Shiwan Pottery Products from Guangdong Province, and Rongchang Pottery Products from Sichuan Province.

In Yunnan, Jianshui pottery products is a classical representative of folk culture. They are made by complicated technologies, including calligraphy, painting, carving, inlay, firing, and polishing. The Jianshui pottery products, exhibited in Milan Expo 2015 in Italy, deliver long historical culture of Jianshui, Yunnan.
