[InKunming--Kunming]  In latest days, temperatures of Kunming decreases. When the hottest period of summer begins to invade almost all cities of China, Kunming still keeps cool since consecutive rains drops in many days in the city.

China Tourism Academy and China meteorological Administration jointly issued 2015 Development Report of China’s Summer Resorts. Within the report, 60 summer resorts of China are assessed.

Kunming, as a well-known city in part of avoiding summer heat, ranks first in months of July and August on ranking lists that were printed on the report.

Fan Dehua, head of Yunnan College of Tourism vocation, commented the ranking list. He said: "Although air temperatures in Kunming keep increasing in recent years, but to compare nationally, various indexes of Kunming still stand top. Overall climate of Kunming, compared with that of other cities in China, remains in a phase of early summer. " In Fan Dehua's opinion, Kunming is a real summer resort all over China.

Following Kunming, other summer resorts written in the ranking list of July includes Dalian, Qingdao, Guiyang,Yantai, Harbin, Changchun, Jilin, Hohhot, and Lijiang. In the ranking list of August, except for Kunming on the top, other summer resorts contains Harbin, Changchun, Dalian, Guiyang, Hohhot, Datong, Yan'an, Qingdao, and Chengde.

Regarding weather in Kunming in a following week, average temperature may stay around 24℃; short showers are predicted to emerge. Kunming people could go shopping, cycling or gathering in cool fresh weather over the next few days.
