[InKunming--Interviews & Polls] The 3rd China-South Asia Expo will run on June 12. Both Kunming citizens and overseas students from South and Southeast Asian countries expect to join the expo.
To overseas students, the upcoming 3rd China-South Asia Expo is a link between themselves and their hometowns in South and Southeast Asian countries.
Although they study abroad in Kunming now, they still miss their hometowns from time to time. The expo provides opportunities for them to serve exhibitors of their countries.
To the students, Kunming is a city that impresses them a lot. They would like to share their experience with exhibitors and other students of their countries who want to make business or study in the city.

Angel saw the first snow in his life in Kunming. He thought Kunming was a magical place at that time.
At the beginning when he came to Kunming three years ago, Angel almost cannot speak Chinese and cannot use Chinese chopsticks. For so many hurdles seemed to resist normal life of Angel, he even wished to give up studying abroad.
Until now, Angel could freely stroll on any street or road of Kunming. His level of Chinese language nearly reaches the fourth level of English language for Chinese students.
He said: "Hope I could solve problems for our countries' exhibitors who will join the China-South Asia Expo this time. I could help them to sell goods with my Chinese language. I may be a business man in future to bring the best red tea and jewel to China."

Wang Shen, Wang Yong, and Wang Shan, overseas students from NepalTo Nepali students Wang Shen, Wang Yong and Wang Shan, they consider that Kunming is a friendly city. They agree that people of the city are very enthusiastic.
The three students do not stay in Kunming for a long time, and even cannot speak Chinese well, but they had tasted Kunming foods. All of them like Chinese braised noodles very much.
They express that the reason why they came to Kunming is for learning Chinese language. After they learn Chinese well, they could be tour guides in their country, to guide Chinese people to travel in their country.

Bi Yan, an overseas student from Thailand, regards Kunming citizens as kind people. She came to Kunming only for a half year, but she can speak comparatively fluent Chinese now.
According to her self-introduction, she has interests in Yunnan's various ethnic elements. She likes Kunming barbecue very much despite the barbecue has spicy and hot taste. Bi Yan said that she would attend the China-South Asia Expo this year, to have a watch what her country Thailand will sell in the expo.
Shi Shaowei(Chinese name) and Luo Xiaomei(Chinese name) are overseas students from Laos.[Provided to InKunming]

Both Shi Shaowei and Luo Xiaomei have lived in Kunming for three years. Shi Shaowei prefers to listen to a radio program named New Network Show that broadcast every day in the morning of 7 o'clock. For Luo Xiaomei, she likes watching Chinese movies, which offers windows for her to know Chinese traditional culture.
They told that they would join the China-South Asia expo this year, for the expo is the biggest expo held in Kunming all the year round. They may learn some new things from the expo.

In Yan Wenzai's opinion, Kunming is a pleasantly cool city, compared with weather of his hometown in Myanmar. He is only on his freshman year this year. To Yan Wenzai, he thinks that environment of the university he enters is very good. He thinks that education level of Chinese universities are higher than that of his country.
Even though he only studies in Kunming for a year, he had been to Dali and Xishuangbanna of Yunnan province. He remarked that scenery of Yunnan is very pretty, and foods of the province such as pineapple rice are very delicious. Overall, he likes Yunnan and Kunming a lot.
As for the China-South Asia Expo this year, he would take time to participate in.
