[InKunming--Kunming]  Kunming city in Yunnan province released a plan on March 25 which will see 15 million yuan ($2.41 million) invested to carry out train sessions for 10,000 professional teachers by 2017.

This year, the city will train 3,200 teachers, including 200 school presidents, 400 kindergarten teachers, 800 class advisers, 800 high school and primary school teachers and 1,000 rural teachers responsible for compulsory education.
