[InKunming--Kunming] Citizens found that the temperature of Kunming has exceeded 30℃ or even 32℃ on yesterday afternoon.
The high temperature began on April 10, due to less cold air activities and subtropical high strengthened and moved west. It was on that day the maximum temperature in Kunming broke 27℃ and broke 28℃ twice in the next few days.
Yesterday(April 21), 20 high temperature warning singnals were issued across the whole province. And at 10:30 am, a high temperature orange singal was issued by the Provincial Meteorological Station once again, warining that over 37℃ high temperature would appear in areas of Yuanjiang River, Lancang River, and Jinsha River. The Yuxi Meteorological Station also issued a red high temperature warning signal informing that the maximum temperature in Yuanjiang River Valley would exceed over 40℃.
According to the Yunnan Provincial Meteorological, there will be no raindrop in the most areas across the whole province. The temperature will still go up. This leads to a high forest fire danger. Above all, most areas across the whole province will maintain the high temperature weather.
