At that time, Joseph firstly flied from the U.K. to India. Then, he went through the renowned Hump air course from India to Yunnan, which was the land where Joseph set foot on in his earliest time in China.
After landing in Kunming, Joseph drove a 2-ton wagon to visit. He went to Southwest Associated University, and saw some Chinese professors and scientists doing researches there. Some professors of the university even did researches with some simple glasswares and chemicals in old temples and dilapidated ancestral halls.
