[InKunming--Yunnan]  Jiaji Village(加级寨) is renowned for its beautiful flower sea of pear blossom. When spring comes, thousands of pear trees in the village usher in their florescence. The scenery of white petals floating from trees in the wind is just like snow falling down, which has attracted lots of visitors.

Jiaji Village is located about 10 kilometers away from Gejiu City. The village boasts its pleasant soil and water conditions for pear trees' growth. Villagers have maintained the tradition of planting pear trees there since the late 1940s and 1950s.

This year, pear trees are in full blossom, even though it is in early March. According to the local villagers, pear flowers are used to be in full blossom until the late period of March every year.

Tourists flood into the village, sightseeing, photographing, to feel the breath of spring and bath in the fresh spring wind.

To visit Jiaji Village, intended tourists can depart from Gejiu City via Jijie(鸡街)-Gejiu Road, and turn left to Banggan(邦干) after a 1.5 kilometers' drive. Then you will see Jiaji Village by the side of cement road.
