[InKunming--Attractions]  About 10 kilometers away from Mengzi County stands the time-honored Bisezhai Meter-gage Railway Station, which has witnessed a history of over a century. It has been renowned as one of the oldest railway stations in the country.

The construction of Bisezhai Meter-gage Railway Station was started in 1903, and did not be completed until June of 1909.

Once bustling, the station becomes peaceful these years. Many old buildings featured with exotic flavors had silently disappeared in time, leaving numerous stories and legendary tales about the station.

On December 21, 1987, the station was listed as a Provincial Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit in Yunnan.
