[InKunming--Travel Tips]  As a renowned tourist destination in China, Yunnan has come to the focus due to some scandals such as tour guide calling tourists foul names in Lijiang and Shilin recently. The province schemes to set up a tourist complaint acceptance center to handle all tourism-related complaints, according to Duan Yueqing(段跃庆), director of Yunnan Provincial Tourism Development Committee.

Since the Tourism Law came into effect last October, tourism authorities have been seeking to find out weaknesses of the tourism market. As introduced by Duan, the complaints help regulate the market. A timely reply for tourists is needed to further boost the management of the market.

Besides, four international tourism routes are on the agenda of excellent itinerary plan in the province. Kunming--Hanoi, Kunming--Bangkok, Kunming--Rangoon, Kunming--Calcutta will be the highlights of new travel routes in the province this year. (Editors:Lynn, Cathy)
