A Dulongjiang aged man wore his ethnic clothes for taking a photo.[yunnan.cn]

The area along Dulongjiang River(独龙江), is just a small corner of Gongshan county（贡山县）in Nujiang prefecture（怒江州）. It is considered as a land of idyllic beauty embraced by Gaoligongshan Mountain and Nujiang River by experienced travelers.

Within the area, many aged persons, like Dulong minority, Nu minority, Lisu minority, live there for a lifelong time.

A public benefit team organized by China's Social Welfare Foundation came to that area for taking some photos for the aged persons.

120-year-old Da Lanwan with abundant facial expressions

Da Lanwan(打兰弯), an aged person of Lisu minority, is 120 years old this year. She ranks the first in longevity list in Yunnan province.

After knowing that the public benefit team found her to take some precious photos for her, she grinned as a child. In front of the camera, she did many actions by herself, looking classy.

Because of her invigorating and outright presentations before the team members, even Da Lanwan’s son also laughed at the moment. “She is always very outgoing, “ the son praised.

The public benefit team also photoed some other aged persons who live in the area along the Dulongjiang river. Some are very distinctive as they have tattoos on their faces due to old habits and customs of the Dulong minority.

Gerennasong(格仁娜松), 90 years old, is a Dulong woman still remaining tattoo kept on her face.

For taking the photo, she put on her Dulong carpet and wore a colorful bead necklace. Escorted by her son, the aged woman solemnly accepted photos taken by the public benefit team.

To thank the team members, she fetched out some eggs. Even the team members explained several times that they would not charge any money for their deeds, Gerennasong still insisted on her idea.

The team members finally accepted the aged woman’s kindness after they took out some money for her.
