If you have a wonderful story and want to tell it in video, you can contribute it to the First Kunming Micro-film Contest now.The contest will last to next January.

The films can include the following types: feature film, AD video, documentary and micro-animation. Twelve films are planned to be shortlisted for the Best Film Award, Best Director Award and Best Innovated Award.

The films on the award lists will be rewarded with certificates and 5,000yuan creativity funds.

Competitors are required to download an application form and the title sequence of the contest from www.yunnan.cn. The video should be marked with the title sequence and be imprinted on DVD disk. Competitors are also required to fill in an electronic application form and sign their name on the paper-printed form and then mail the application form to 1509442426@qq.com.

Qualifications:

1. The picture quality should be clear with Chinese subtitles.

2. The movie period should be less than 30 minutes. The movie format can be avi, mov, mp4 or mpg.

3. All competitors are not required to pay any fees.
